1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cup catsup
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first two ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a boil until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. If necessary thicken with cornstarch. This can be refrigerated and used for 2 months.
