1 large cabbage
3 lb ground pork, veal or beef
1 large onion finely chopped
1 1/2 c raw rice cooked
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp garlic salt
Freshly ground pepper
3 cans 10 oz tomato soup
2 cups sour cream
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Place cabbage in a large pot of boiling water and cook until leaves come off easily. Remove leaves and drain. Trim center rib of each leaf. In a dutch oven cook meat and onions until meat loses its pinkness. Stir in cooked rice, eggs, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Place about 2 tbsp. filling onto the stem end of each cabbage leaf. Roll up, tucking in sides. Place with seam tucked under in a large buttered roaster or baking dish with cover. Pour 2 cans of soup over cabbage rolls. Cover and bake in a 325º oven for 1 1/2 hours. Before serving heat together 1 can tomato soup with sour cream and pour over cabbage rolls.
