6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 box stuffing mix, prepared according to package directions
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F, Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Using a pairing knife, slit on the side of each chicken breast. being careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each breast with a couple tablespoons of the stuffing mix, and seal each edge with water. Lay on baking sheet. Brush tops with 1/2 of oil.
Toss broccoli with remaining oil and scatter around chicken on the pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes , until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
