8 oz. Brie Cheese Round
½ cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ cup Sliced Almonds
1 French baguette
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Slice the brie in half, horizontally and place the bottom half in the middle of a round pizza pan or baking sheet. Rind side down.
Mix the brown sugar and mustard together.
Spread half the mixture on the bottom slice of brie and sprinkle with ¼ cup almonds.
Place the second piece of brie, cut side up, on top and spread remaining sugar and mustard mixture and top with the remaining ¼ cup almonds.
Slice the baguette in 24 slices and arrange around the brie. Spray bread with cooking spray.
Bake for 8-1- minutes, the brie should be softened and the bread should be brown. Serve the brie and bread on the baking pan with a knife to spread the brie on the slices of baguette.
