1 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 of a 14 oz. pkg. bread crumbs
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, pieces and stems
1/4 c. medium sized green pepper chopped
1/2 medium sized onion, chopped
3 slices raw bacon cut up
Dash of pepper
Dill pickle strips or stove top stuffing beef flavor

Directions:
Cook stuffing, mixing in the bacon, green pepper, and onion. Put a little stuffing (or pickle) on the round steak. Roll meat jelly roll style. Secure with toothpick. Place in baking pan. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 300F and bake for another 90 minutes. Cover with foil. Pour dry beefy mushroom soup over meat mixed with a little water.
