3 C shortening
4 C sugar
1 C molasses
4 eggs
8 C flour
8 tsp baking soda
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream sugar and shortening. Add molasses and eggs; beat well. Add dry ingredients and chill dough. Roll into balls and bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
