Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

3/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 T flour
4 C chopped rhubarb

TOPPING:
1 C rolled oats
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat ovent o 350º
Mix together sugar, salt, flour and rhubarb. Place in an un-greased 8" square pan. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of the rhubarb mixture. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until topping is browned and rhubarb is bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
