4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 TBS sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pinches salt
8 slices Sourdough bread or Texas toast

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt together.

Heat griddle to 350º. (Or a skillet to medium heat.) Grease griddle with margarine or cooking spray.

Dip bread in egg mixture for 30 seconds on each side.

Place on griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
