Mix together in a bowl:
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Stir In:
2 c milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp. of margarine in the frying pan and add it to the crepe batter. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla and stir well. Beat mixture with a hand beater until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a hot frying pan. Rotate the pan until the batter covers the bottom of the pan. Should be thin. Cook until light brown. Loosen with spatula and flip and brown on other side. Heat the filling of your choice on low heat. Spread with filling and roll up. Serve warm.
