1 C All Purpose flour
1 C Sugar
1/2 C butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups (16 oz can) of Hershey's syrup
Mint Cream Layer
In a small mixer bowl combine 2 c confectioners sugar, 1/2 c butter or margarine softened, 1
tbsp water, 1/2 tsp mint extract, 3 drops green food color beat til smooth.
Chocolate topping
In a small micro bowl melt 6 tbsp butter or margarine, and 1 c Hershey's mint chocolate chips on high 1 to 1 1/2 min until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

Preheat oven to 350º Grease rectangular pan 13x9x2 ". In a large bowl beat all ingredients until smooth.Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 min or until top springs back when lightly touched (top may appear wet). Cool completely.Spread Mint cream layer(see above).on cake. chill. Pour Chocolate topping over dessert (see above) Cover Chill.
