1/2 C. Shortening (Crisco)
1/2 C.Butter
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Crunchy Peanut-butter
2 Eggs beaten
3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream shortening, butter and sugars in large bowl.
Add peanut butter; Mix well.
Add flour; blend thoroughly. Add vanilla; mix well.
Shape dough into 1" balls.
Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
Press with floured fork to a flattened criss cross pattern.
Bake 8-10 Minutes or til lightly browned.
