1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Breakfast Pork Sausage (regular)
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
3-4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 loaf party rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and sausage and drain.
In a large bowl slice the Velveeta cheese and combine with warm meat and seasonings.
Mix well.
Spread on rye bread. Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
Remove from freezer and place in freezer containers, return to freezer until ready to use.
When ready to use, preheat oven to 350º
Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Serve.

When my kids were little my neighbor made these and shared them with us. They LOVED them. Almost tastes like a mini cheeseburger.
