1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion ( 1 medium)
1/4 cup chopped oil-packed dried tomatoes
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 ground black pepper

Pour all ingredients into a gallon zip-lock bag, mix ingredients,add chicken breasts( about a 1 to 2 pounds), seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.Drain chicken and discarding marinate.
