Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
3 T. corn syrup
40 mini tart shells baked and cooled
pecan halves
topping-
1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place a pecan half in bottom of each baked tart shell. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy bottomed saucepan and cook over medium heat, bringing to a rolling boil and boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, slowly beat for 2 to 3 minutes until just starting to thicken (not too long or will harden too much). Spoon into shells. Melt chips and butter in microwave for 30- 60 seconds. Place drop on each tart. I always put a pecan piece on the chocolate dollop so anyone with nut allergies knows.
