1/4 pound butter
1 egg yolk
4 Tbsp. whipping cream
1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Whip butter until light and fluffy.

Add egg yolk, garlic and cream and whip.

Fold in Parmesan cheese, until sauce is a very thick consistency.

Boil 1/2 box of fettuccine noodles.

Mix with sauce and garnish with parsley.
