1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
11/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. melted butter
8 eggs beaten
1 1b crisp fried bacon crumbled
21/2 c. plain croutons (or more)
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep greased 9 x 13 pan layer bacon, mushrooms and croutons and 11/2 c. cheese. Pour egg mixture over and sprinkle with rest of cheese and paprika. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour or till inserted knife comes clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
