2 lb Pork Sausage or Turkey
1 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 Cans Flaky Biscuits (layer in Bundt pan or square baking dish)
2 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb Ham (Chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 365º; Cook sausage, bell pepper, onion and ham (Do not drain);
Separate the biscuit layers and cover bundt pan or baking dish bottom & sides. (retain enough biscuits to cover the top of the mixture.
Add layer of sausage mix and cover with a layer of 1 1/2 cup of cheese; add another layer of sausage mix and top with remaining cheese.
Pull the biscuits on the side of the pan over the mixture and top with a layer of biscuits.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Note: If preparing in a bundt pan turn the bread over on a plate, let cook and slice. If preparing in a baking dish serve directly from the dish.

This came from a co-worker when I was a Personnel Action Clerk and she would bring it for Goodie Day every Christmas. It has been a Christmas Breakfast Tradition in my family for over 15 years.
