4th cups grated zucchini
Two eggs beaten
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon or more obey seasoning to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
Directions:

In large bowl combine zucchini, egg and butter. Stir in breadcrumbs, onion powder and seasoning mix well.
Sheep mixture into patties. Dredge in flour. In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until hot. Friday patties in oil in till golden brown on both sides
