1 12oz pkg. wonton wraps
1lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. fresh spinach
3 Tblsp. 1tsp. Olive oil
3 Tblsp. 1 tsp. bread crumbs
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp.garlic and herb seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 egg
1 20oz. can pasta sauce
1/2 6oz.can tomato paste
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
sugar to taste
Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, parsley to your taste just putt aliitle at a time until it suits your taste

Cook ground beef until done and no longer pink drain liquid, add fresh spinach cook 2 to 3 mins. Set aside. Mix dried parsley, olive oil, garlic seasoning, egg, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese add to meat and spinach mixture. For cheese filling mix cream cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg and parsley flakes. Simmer pasta sauce tomato sauce and tomato paste until heated through about 20-30 min. you can do this while you making your fillings that way it will be ready when you're ready for it. To fill ravioli place small amount of filling in center of each wonton wrap you can either place another wrap right on top and seal edges with egg wash or fold in half or in triangle shape just make sure edges are sealed so filling dosn't come out when cooking, boil salted water for cooking ravioli once water starts to to boil drop ravioli not to overcrowd until raviol floats to top. Once everything is done time to assembly and bake. Layer sauce then ravioli and and then cheese bake for 25 min. or until golden brown on top. Hope You Enjoy I Always Do!
