3 1/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Ground Cloves
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 cup Sugar
1 cup Veg. Oil
4 Eggs Beaten
1/3 c. Water
2 cups Grated Zucchini
1 tsp. Lemon Juice/ Lemon Extract
Optional: Chopped Walnuts/Pecans

1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. Mix dry ingredients together, and in a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients.

3. Mix all ingredients until well mixed, then pour into two loaf pans.

4. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
