1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 cup diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar Cheese

Topping:
2 cups crushed Corn Flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Put in 9" x 13" lightly greased pan. Sprinkle with corn flake topping. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.

One of my teacher friends in Clinton, TN gave me this easy recipe. Great for a big group or pot-luck dinner.
