1- 5 to 6 lb. hen
1- stick of butter
1- large onion chopped
1-cup celery chopped (optional)
1- 16 oz. pack spaghetti
1- 15 oz. can cream mushroom soup
1 - 1lb block of velvetta cheese cubed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken in water with salt and peeper. Save your broth to boil spaghetti in. Debone chicken after cooked. In skillet add stick of butter, onions and celery cook until tender. Add soup to vegetables on low heat add in cubed cheese to melt. Watch close will burn if not stirring. After spaghetti is cooked drain (save any broth that may still be available to use to thin down if needed) In large pot add spaghetti, chicken and soup with vegetables and cheese stir well.
