3 pkg lady fingers
1 qt whipping cream (heavy cream)
1 8 oz and 1 3 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 lge can crushed pineapple, drained well
1-2 cans cherry or strawberry pie filling

Directions:
Line sides and bottom of pan with lady fingers. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream in another bowl, when almost peaked add cream cheese mixture and beat until peaked. Fold in pineapple. Add 1/2 filling then layer lady fingers, rest of filling, and top with fruit topping. Refrigerate before taking pan apart.
