Rim glass with Blue & Pink Sugar, and Coconut Cream, Fill with crushed ice.
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cotton Candy Vodka
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Vanilla Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Coconut Cream
2 oz. (60 ml) Coconut Milk

Shake and strain into prepared glass. Drizzle Grenadine on one side and drizzle Blue Curacao on the other.
