1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. chocolate mousse (Dierbergs)
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
1 1/2 cups chocolate cake crumbs
1 bar dark chocolate (Lindt or Ghiradelli)

Directions:
In a large chilled mixer bowl, beat cream and powdered sugar at medium speed until stiff peaks form; set aside. In medium bowl, stir together mousse and Baileys Irish Cream; set aside. Place 2 teaspoons of the crumbs in shooter or shot glasses; gently tap down with another shot glass. Add generous tablespoon of mousse mixture into each glass. Repeat layers. Top with dollop of sweetened whipped cream. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve: dip large sharp knife in very hot water; pat dry. Cut chocolate bar into squares; cut each square in half diagonally, dipping knife in hot water as needed. Insert chocolate triangle into each shot glass.
