7 cups white bread cut into cubes
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup melted butter
4 whole eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups whole milk
2 cups half and half milk



Carmel Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes into a 9x13 baking dish
2. Sprinkle the raisins over the bread
3. Drizzle on the melted butter, do not mix
4. Set aside
5. In a large bowl, beat eggs and blend in sugars, nutmeg, half and half and the milk
Do not overbeat this mixture, just combine. Pour over bread crumb mixture and bake at 350ºF for 40 min. or till done.
