Pyrex pan - 9 x 13
16 oz bag wide egg noodles
1/2 pint sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 pound small curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter – unsalted + a little more butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 small can evaporated milk
baking raisins – 3 small boxes
cinnamon/sugar mixture

Directions:

350 - 1 Hour - Brown on bottom
Bake on the middle rack
Boil noodles in salted water (8 min). Drain. Rinse well. Cool.
Bowl – mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, evaporated milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, raisins, 1/2 stick melted butter.
Add noodles.
Pan: Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Put mixture on top. Other part of butter stick – thin pieces put on top all over.
Sprinkle top good with cinnamon/sugar mix.
