2 cups mild cheddar, grated
2 cups colby-jack, grated
1 cup medium cheddar, grated
2 cups velvetta (1 small box)
1 box elbow macaroni
4 eggs
3 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta and drain.
Mix eggs and cream, add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour 1/2 of egg mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Add half of noodles.
Combine cheeses and put half over noodles. Repeat with last layer of cheese.
Pour milk over top.
Cover tightly and bake 350º 45 minutes. Remove foil and cook 5-10 minutes. Stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
