2 lbs. ground beef (or mixture of beef, pork and veal)
2-3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. Parmesan/Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large bowl, only using 2 eggs. If the mixture still needs more binding, add the third egg. Roll into small balls (makes approximately 30). Can bake in 350º oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
