Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Jalapeno chilies, if desired
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg
8 hot dogs, sliced into bite sized pieces
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (6 oz)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 6 qt. slow cooker generously with cooking spray, or grease with oil.
Chop and seed jalapenos, slice.
In large bowl, mix Bisquick, cornmeal, brown sugar, onion powder, pepper. Add butter, buttermilk and egg. Stir until combined. Stir in hot dogs, drained corn, 1 cup of the cheese.
Spoon into slow cooker. I added slices of jalapeno on top. (Yum) Cover. Cook on high heat 3-4 hours or low heat 5-6 hours, until toothpick comes out clean. (I cooked mine in the oven 350' for about a half hour. Just check till it is a little golden if you do it this way. Also add the rest of the cheese on top if you cook it in oven)
If you cook it in the slow cooker at the end add the remaining cheese and take the ceramic bowl from base and put under broiler for a minute or two. Watch carefully. Serve with some mustard that can be put on top.
