1 lb flounder, perch, or haddock filets

3/4 lb peeled med shrimp
3/4 lb sea scallops

1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
13/4 c milk or half and half


1/4c fresh parsley
1 t salt
11/4 t Worcestershire sauce
1 T lemon juice
1/4 t pepper

1/4 c finely crushed bread crumbs
2 T butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté fish, until done, be careful not over cook. Put in a buttered 2 qt casserole dish.

Cook shrimp and scallops in 6 C water for 3-5 minutes, drain.

Combine butter flour and milk in sauce pan. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Add the parsley, salt, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and pepper.

Now add the shrimp and scallops. Stir gently, Pour over the fillets.

Combine the bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle evenly over the seafood.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400º Serve over rice

I put mushrooms in this. Used sole for the fillets. Pat and Brandon loved seafood.
