6 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c chicken broth or water
(Mix together in a bowl)

1 t sugar
1/8 t white pepper
1 t MSG
2 T soy sauce
few drops of sesame oil
(add to eggs. Mix only slightly so yolks and whites aren't mixed.) Set aside

1 c shredded roast pork
1 c shredded cooked shrimp
1/2 pkg frozen French style green beans (thaw)
3 green onions (chopped)
3/4 c mushrooms (chopped)
11/2 c bean sprouts

Gravy
11/2 c chicken stock or broth
1 T corn starch
2 T soy sauce
1 t MSG
1/8 t pepper
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying pan hot. Add 2 to 3 T oil. Add all of above, except egg mixture, fry over high heat for 1 minute. Ingredients should only be partially cooked. Put immediately into bowl containing eggs. Stir gently.

Fry in small amounts. Serve with gravy

Gravy:
Mix together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Keep warm
