5 lbs red potatoes (quartered)
1 (16oz) container sour cream
1/2 c butter
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 c cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 c green onion (chopped)
2 c cooked, chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste

bread crumbs
1/4 c butter(melted)

Directions:
Directions:
350º Lightly grease a 9x13 in. baking dish.

Place potatoes in a large pot of water, and bring to a boil. Boil until slightly tender, about 12 minutes. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.

Mix sour cream, butter, soup, cheese, onion, ham, salt and pepper with the potatoes. Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and drizzle with butter.

Bake 30 minutes

When in made these in 2008 I used frozen hashbrowns and mixed some
parmesan cheese in with the bread crumbs.
