1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese, large chunk
1 lb, ground beef
1 lb. ground hot Italian Sausage
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 C. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. garlic powder
s/p
2 eggs
whole milk
fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the mozzarella into 1" squares. Mix both ground meats, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, s/p, eggs, milk and parsley together. Take one square of mozzarella and form the meat mixture around it into a ball shape. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the crockpot. Place the meatballs on the sauce and pour the remaining sauce on top of the meat balls. Turn the crockpot to HIGH for 2 1/2 hours.
