2 c crushed pretzels
3/4 c melted butter
3 T sugar, plus 3/4 c
2 c boiling water
8 oz package cream cheese
8 oz container whipped topping
3 oz package strawberry gelatin dessert mix
20 oz frozen strawberries
8 oz can crushed pineapple
Whipped topping or whipped cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

For the crust mix the pretzels, butter and sugar.Press mixture into a 9x13 baking pan and bake for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl beat together the cream cheese and 3/4 c sugar. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the cooled crust. Refrigerate until well chilled.

In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in the boiling water and allow to cool slightly. Add the strawberries and pineapple and spread over the cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate until serving time.

Slices can be garnished with whipped topping or whipped cream.
