Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
In a saucepan, melt and bring to boil:
2 sticks of butter
1/4c. cocoa
1c. water

Pour mix into a mixing bowl and add:
2 c. flour
2c. sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Then beat in:
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Pour mixture into a lightly greased or floured cookie sheet.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Icing:
In a saucepan, melt together:
1 stick butter
1/4c. milk
1/4c. cocoa
Then blend in one box of powder sugar and beat.
Then blend in one box of powdered sugar and beat.

Important: Ice cake while cake is still warm.

My good friend, Maggie brought this cake to one of our many gatherings and I ask John to make it often when he brings dessert. We had a good laugh at how much powder sugar is in 1 box. The answer is:2.5c
