10 c. Chicken Broth
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
3 6 oz. Chicken Breasts, shredded and cooked
2 Anaheim Peppers, diced
1 Jalapeno, diced
1/2 c. Onion, diced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
2T. cilantro, minced
1 T. chili Powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1T. Hot Pepper sauce
2c. frozen corn
Corn Tortilla chips, 1 bag
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place all ingredients except Chips and Cheese into the crock pot and let it cook on high for 6 hours. (Longer is okay)
In each serving bowl, crush some chips and ladle soup over chips. Top with more chips and cheese.
