1 C oleo
2 C flour
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 t salt
4 large eggs
2 C sugar
1/4 t salt
1 1/2 T flour
1/3 C lemon juice
Rind of 1 lemon grated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Mix into it the flour, salt and powdered sugar. Pat into smooth. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until faintly brown. Beat the remaining 6 ingredients with electric mixer about 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Pour over the hot crust and bake an additional 20-25 minutes at 350º or until set. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar when it is almost cool. May be cut into tiny squares as cookies or into larger pieces to be served as pie.
