4 c rolled oats
3/4 c butter
1/4 c light corn syrup
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c peanut butter
1 t vanilla

Topping:
1 pkg. (11oz) butterscotch chips
1 pkg (12oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 c peanut butter
1 c salted, dry-roasted peanuts

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º Grease a 9x13 in pan
Measure oats into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Melt together the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla in a saucepan over low heat. Pour over oatmeal and mix together.
Press into the greased pan and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool for about 30 minutes.
Using the same saucepan, melt butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Stir in peanuts and spread evenly over base. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate 1 hour until firm enough to cut neatly into squares.
