141/2 oz can evaporated milk *
1 lb velveeta cheese *
1 lb hamburger **
1 t salt
1 t garlic salt

1(12) pkg corn tortillas

1-4oz can green chilies (more if desired)
1/2 c onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese in can milk over low heat
Fry and drain hamburger. Add salt and garlic salt.
Fry tortillas in oil til pliable.

In 2 quart casserole dish layer ingredients. Starting with tortillas, hamburger, chilies, onion, repeat.

Pour cheese sauce over entire dish and cover.
Bake 350º for 30 minutes

* Substitute 1 can of cheese soup for the velveeta
** Chicken or turkey can be used instead of hamburger.
