"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Bring 2 C water to a boil, and pour over powder and marshmallow. Stir until jello powder is dissolved and marshmallows are melting. Drain the pineapple, and set aside. Pour the juice into the mixture. Stir to mix. Put aside, or in refrigerator to allow jello to set until jiggly, not firm. Using a spatula, spoon the jello mixture into a big mixing bowl, and beat with mixer until fluffy. Beat in the cottage cheese and whipped cream. Fold in the pineapple. Return to refrigerator. Let set to firm before serving. Top with chopped pecans.
