6 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tg boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 lg cloves garlic, minced
2 T butter
1 T olive oil
Flour
2 c Marsala wine
1/4 c heavy cream
Cooked pasta (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice mushrooms and pound chicken breast with a mallet between 2 sheets of wax paper to about 1/4 in thickness. Dredge breast in flour.

2. Heat a heavy stainless or cast iron pan (don't use non-stick). Add the butter and oil till butter melts and is bubbly. Add chicken breast and brown on both sides.

3. Remove browned meat. Add additional oil and sauté mushrooms and garlic.

4. Deglaze pan with wine.

5. Add chicken back to pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 min.

6. Remove meat from pan. Add cream and reduce sauce 50%.

Made this for dinner. It was enjoyed by my family. I found the wine at the liquor store. Grocery stored didn't have it in their limited stock. I also used
