Crust:
1/2 c butter (melted)
1 c flour
1/2 c nuts (chop)

Filling:
1c powder sugar
1 (8 oz cream cheese)
8 oz cool whip
Bananas

Topping:
1 lg box vanilla instant pudding
31/2 c milk
8oz cool whip

Crust:
Combine ingredients. Press on bottom of 9x13 pan
Bake 375º for 10 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling:
Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust. Cover with bananas.

Topping:

Mix milk and pudding together. Let set to thicken. Spread over bananas
Spread with cool whip. Sprinkle with nuts.
