1 (12 oz.) package frozen, unsweetened raspberries, thawed
3 Tbsp. red currant jelly
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Puree raspberries in processor or blender. Strain into medium bowl to remove seeds. Melt jelly in small, heavy saucepan, stirring until smooth. Whisk jelly and powdered sugar into puree. Refrigerate until well chilled. Makes approximately 1/2 cup. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover to store.)
