120 g creamy goat cheese
2/3 cup chopped pitted prunes (8)
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 Tbsp capers
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp liquid honey
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the goat cheese into the bottom of a serving dish. Sprinkle the prunes, onion, caper, and parsley on top.

In a cup, mix the olive oil. vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Drizzle on the mixture in the dish.

Place in a 325 oven for 3 minutes to soften the cheese. Serve with crackers.
