1.5 L 6 cups Apples, peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
10 mL 2 tsp Cinnamon

180 mL 3/4 C chopped Walnuts
180 mL 3/4 C chopped Pecans
30 mL 2 T Maple Syrup
30 mL 2 T Rice flour
30 mL 2 T Grapeseed oil
5 ,: 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease a casserole Dish
2. Mix Apple slices with cinnamon and place in greased casserole
3. Mix nuts, syrups, oil and flour in bowl.
4. Spread mixture over apples.
5. Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
