10 oz. frozen spinach (squeeze dry), OR 6 oz. fresh spinach
1/3 C pesto sauce
1 (15 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 (25 oz.) frozen mushroom-filled ravioli (do not thaw)
1/4 C vegetable or chicken broth
1/4 C grated Parmesan
2 C shredded mozzerella

Preheat oven to 375º
Toss spinach with pesto. Combine Alfredo sauce and broth. Spoon 1/2 of the sauce mixture into a lightly greased 2.2 qt. or 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Top with half of spinach mixture. Arrange half of ravioli in a single layer over spinach mixture. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 5 more minutes or until bubbly.
