2 pounds cubed steak
flour

BATTER:
2 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 Tbs baking powder
1 C milk

1 pkg McCormick's Country Gravy Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cubed steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces. Flour each piece thoroughly on both sides. Shake off excess and place on wire rack.

Make batter: Mix the sugar, salt, eggs and baking powder with half of the milk until smooth. Add remaining milk and mix well.

Fill a deep frying pan 1/2 full with vegetable oil, preheat to 325 degrees. Take flour coated steaks, dip into egg mixture and then coat with flour again. Place steaks into hot oil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Prepare gravy according to package directions and serve with steak.
