2 - 300 g 10 oz Pkg frozen Spinach
1 bunch green Onions, chopped finely
60 mL 1/4 C red Onion, minced
1.25 mL Nutmeg
15 mL 3 tsp Dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove Garlic, crushed
2 Eggs, beaten
45 mL 3 T Sour Cream
250 mL 1 C Feta cheese, diced finely
125 mL 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese, grated
125 mL 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
60 mL 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

1. Thaw Spinach and rechop, drain under weight in colander
2. Squeeze spinach dray and place in large bowl
3. Season with nutmeg, dill, and pepper.
4. Crush garlic with salt, and add with minced red onion to spinach mixture
5. Stir ingredients together
6. Stir in cheeses. taste and adjust seasoning.
7. Drop by heaping teaspoon onto phyllo pastry and fold up.
8. bake at 350* F. for 15-20 minutes.
9. Serve with Tatziki Dip.
