1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 pounds beef strips (slice a round steak very thin across the grain)
1 C sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 C water
Cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onion is oil. Add both cans of soup, pepper and water. Cook on low for 1 hour. Add mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
